1:1プライベートクラス: リーダーシップ入門

Being a real leader begins by building one's character. When you've built your character, people will naturally look up to you. When people look up to you, you're a leader.

In this introductory class to leadership skills, the student will engage in dialogue with me about what it means to have a good character. I'll begin by inviting the students to talk about people in their lives they admire, connecting their admiration to character traits. From that dialogue, I'll shift the focus to invite the students to talk about times they, themselves, demonstrate leadership skills, focusing on self-discipline, dependability, reliability, and integrity, as well as on how trust is built.

As a wrap-up, I'll talk about the difference between being a good leader and simply having power.
