このクラスで学べること
This is 1:1 private piano lesson. Lessons are custom-tailored to your musical interest, unique personality, and learning style. No previous piano experience is required. You will learn gradually from black keys, white keys, finger number, elementary rhythm reading, development of finger skills, basic dynamic signs, note reading… to sight-singing & ear-training, music theory, performance skills, finger flexibility, rhythmic accuracy, the practice of pedal...via your favorite songs/pieces. You will need to have a piano or keyboard. During our first class, we will determine where to start, depending on your background in music. If you have piano books in your home, we may be able to use them. As a teacher, I have a gentle personality. Some parents of my students told me that I am their children's best adult friend. I love teaching music! Fostering a love for music is my goal. I always remind my students to express themselves through music.
