For a grammar tutoring session, I will work with the student based on their skill level- identifying/practicing various parts of speech and or classifying sentences. This is a great class for students who need foundational work or guided practice. In my classes I like to use a variety of way to learn- body movements, tangibles, and note taking. No prior knowledge is necessary for this session.Your student will need lined paper and a writing utensil. These sessions can build on one another for your student or be an individual session. Hello! I have a passion to help little ones learn and have fun doing so! I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science, am in the final stages of completing a Masters in Elementary Education, and have been in the classroom since 2018! I have privately tutored elementary, middle, and college students over the years. My favorite type of out school classes to teach are small group math courses, private tutoring sessions, and creative writing courses. I enjoy teaching students new ways to learn reading comprehension and math skills! My goal is to provide students with the skills they need to be academically successful.
