My online/virtual teaching journey started back in November 2021 but I have been teaching and tutoring subjects like English Language Arts and English as a Second Language for the past 7 years. I have experience teaching students ranging from the age of 3 to 18 years old and the majority of that experience has been with students from the ages 9 to 18. I have worked in Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten classrooms before coming to Outschool to have my own virtual online community! I have also taught Preschool-Kindergarten aged children as a private at home teacher.

There is no mandatory homework but if a learner does not complete a worksheet fully in class, I encourage parents to finish working on it with them after class. If you would like supplemental work for your learner in a specific subject please let me know and I will be able to provide you with the resource!

No formal assessment will be done but I believe that informal assessments are important so I will check in periodically with parents to let them know how their learner is doing.
