These 30-minute coaching consultations will enable you to meet with me to discuss your students needs and goals and determine whether coaching would be a good fit for your family. If you're new to coaching, I will explain what your student can expect during our time together and answer any questions you may have. If you do not see a meeting time that works for you on my schedule, please send me a message with your availability and I will do my best to accommodate. Please note, this is a consultation only. If you decide that coaching is a good fit for your student, you have the option of scheduling a half session (30 minutes) for $55 or a full session (50 minutes) for $90. ADHD and executive function coaching provides personalized support to assist neurodiverse students in developing the necessary skills and tools they need to be successful at home, at school, and in the community. Coaching can help students improve focus, task initiation and completion, time-management, organization and planning, social skills, self-advocacy, and more! As an ADHD coach, my passion is working with students of all ages to develop a greater sense of self-acceptance, confidence, and autonomy. I approach every student interaction with openess, curiosity, patience, humor, and acceptance. My goal is to partner with my students to help them develop the tools and self-advocacy skills they need to feel successful and confident. I ask that parents/caregivers attend the coaching consultation with their child, at least for part of the session, so that we can go over expectations for the coaching process and I can answer any questions they may have. I encourage parents to send me a message prior to our meeting with any sensitive information and/or questions they would like to share. Coaching is NOT mental health therapy. The coaching process is strictly intended to teach life skills and strategies and does not support or provide a therapeutic outcome. As such, it should not be regarded as a substitute for mental health and/or other therapeutic services.

Please note, parental/caregiver involvement in the coaching process is almost always required to some degree, especially for younger students (under 12). The student's time with me is limited, and the majority of their learning takes place at home and in the community where they can practice what we have covered during our sessions. It is important that the parent/caregiver be aware of and understand what we are addressing during our sessions so that they may support the student's learning.
