In this one-on-one writing course, your student will receive individualized instruction focused on deepening and developing their writing skills.  Instruction will focus on content, structure, spelling, and writing mechanics.  Instruction will be adapted to fit the needs of each learner.  We can cover all forms and genres of writing (narrative, opinion, essay, and poetry) or work on specific forms and genres per your request.

Since this course is guided by student needs, progress, and accomplishments, it will change weekly.  Instruction will range from direct instruction, working together through interactive writing, and independent practice.  Students will be required to engage and participate in each session's activities. Our time together will create confidence and contribute to growth in writing abilities.

*You may wish to enroll your student in more than one session per week based on their needs.

*Students should come to class prepared with paper and pencil.
