This course can be tailored for specific learning goals for your child and include interactive activities, games, and literacy activities connected to emotional regulation, and 1-1 learning! Red Zone, Anger | Book: Ravi's Roar by Tom Percival Blue Zone, Sadness | Book: The River by Tom Percival Yellow Zone, Anxiety & Worry | Book: Ruby Finds a Worry by Tom Percival Green Zone, Calm & Joy | Book: I am Peace: A Book of Mindfulness by Susan Verde These classes are also offered in group settings tailored to each color zone and emotion.
