A fun place for former Crafty Phonics Students to hang out together. We will have weekly crafts and games available, and all learners will be encouraged to share their current crafting projects in a positive and inclusive environment.
Group experience
I am creating this group as a place for all of my former Crafty Phonics Club students to continue to gather and share and grow together. We will have weekly craft projects similar to the projects we have done in the Crafty Phonics classes, and I will always include a game. Some of the projects will be seasonal and some will be animals and some will be completely random. We will work on a different phonics sound in our craft and game each week - I will plan to post on Friday by noon EDT. ...
Students will work on a variety of skills each week including (but not limited to): fine motor, following directions, problem-solving, and phonics.
I have been teaching Crafty Phonics classes on Outschool for over 3 years now, so I have a pretty good idea of what craft projects will work for my students. I am happy to take student input on crafts and I highly encourage creativity and imagination. :)
I am happy to provide supports for all students! If you need alternate materials, extra photos and videos, or anything else, please let me know!
This class was created for my Crafty Phonics Club Alums, but I am happy to welcome any crafting kids!
Students will need supervised when using craft supplies like scissors, staplers, and glue.
