This class is led by a retired occupational therapist. It is a small group class designed for learners who can already write simple sentences but struggle specifically with legibility. Each week we will discuss the rules to neat handwriting, identify the most common legibility errors on pre-written sentences, and use games and interesting subjects to practice our handwriting and work on improving legibility.

How to Have Neat Handwriting: Overview

Quick Review of Letter Formation- Play a Game
In this session we will look at common letter formation errors and reversals. We will identify legibility errors on prewritten sentences. We will then play a game while focusing on legibility and ways to practice common mistakes. 30 minutos de lección en vivo en línea

The Rule of Spacing-Exploring Weird Facts
In this session we will focus on spacing within and between words while exploring weird facts. We will also practice writing speed and self-correction. 30 minutos de lección en vivo en línea

Writing Review & Weird Animal

Requisitos previos
1. Recognize and write all letters of the upper and lowercase alphabets.
2. Write a short 4-5 word sentence in less than a minute (doesn't have to be legible).
