SAT and ACT Reading and Grammar is easier than you think. I have sucessfully tutored dozens and dozens of students and they all showed tremendous gains in scores. In the hour meeting each week, I will show you how to recognize the grammatical errors you must know as well as the strategies to think about reading on a critical level. We will use released exams and I will show you how to approach the timing, the order to answer in, and anything else I see that will help you. 
Week One- subject verb agreement,pronouns,faulty comparisons in grammar and fiction reading comprehension
Week Two- Run on  sentences, Main claims, review of week one, and non fiction passages such as science and history : concluding sentences, main idea, function of underlined sentences
Week Three- misplaced modifiers, supporting evidence , and reading comparing passages,
review, transitions, summarize sentences, topic sentences, and timing of reading strategies
Week Four- review, practice grammar section and scoring, review of what is needed- 
Depending on the class progression, I will adjust and review as we go.
