 Week 1
Lesson 1
Warm-up/Alien Invasion/Fired Up
Warm-up- Use this before practicing each dance routine! Warming up is important! Alien Invasion- Let's dance to the opening song from Zombies 3! Fired Up- Let's dance to this upbeat cheer style song from the first Zombies movie!
 Week 2
Lesson 2
Ain't No Doubt About It/We Own the Night
Ain't No Doubt About It- This upbeat song will be sure to get you motivated to move and learn some new dance moves! We Own the Night-Let's learn some dance moves to this fun werewolves song from Zombies 2! (Don't worry it's not scary!).
 Week 3
Lesson 3
Come on Out/Flesh & Bone
Come on Out- Let's learn some dance moves to this fun werewolves song! Flesh & Bone- This is another upbeat song from Zombies 2 that will be sure to get you motivated to move and learn some new dance moves!
 Week 4
Lesson 4
Nothing But Love/I'm Finally Me
Nothing But Love- You might find yourself dancing these new moves all around your house they are so fun! I'm Finally Me- Be creative and help create part of this dance routine!
our child will learn basic dance moves while practicing musicality and listening skills.  Dance movements are excellent for improving mobility, balance and coordination!  Dance helps with focus, discipline and listening skills.  Learners will be able to get up and move while practicing dance skills to fun, upbeat music!
I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dance Performance with a minor in Health Education.  In addition, I have been teaching and doing choreography for over 15 years.  I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2.  I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.

Grades Offered
Please provide a safe space for your child to learn.  Do not have class on a slippery floor or where things can be bumped or broken.  *Wear comfortable clothes!  
*You may want a water bottle nearby for a quick water break.

*Choreography learned will be created originally by the instructor but inspired by the movie. 
*Dance experience is helpful but not required for this class.

*This class has a flexible age range.  Moves are basic but may be fast and require a bit of practice.
*This class is pre-recorded videos.  TWO videos will be posted per week.  One quick warm-up video will also be included for the entire session.  Learners can use it before learning each routine to warm-up and stretch.  
*Learners can message the teacher and ask questions to interact and receive feedback.
*Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule.  You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated or more time to practice each part of the dance.
*Classes will be uploaded from YouTube however they will be embedded in the classroom so learners never need to go to the  YouTube site.
