With our hectic lives we all need to find a way to promote mindfulness. In this class we will focus on our breathing, refocusing our thoughts and finding calm.

Class experience

I have a BA in Child and Family from ISU. This class is not therapy based, nor is it intended to take the place of therapy.  This class is to help young learners to focus and learn simple calming techniques such as deep breathing. 
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
