Students will learn the basic motions in cheerleading (High V, Touch Down, Punch up, etc..). We will cover sharpness and technique, both of which will make you a stronger and more effective cheerleader. Students will begin with a stretch to warm up the body and then go into the basic moves listed above and more. I will demonstrate specific moves for students and they will be asked to model them back. I will be able to critique them on how the move should look and feel. Great for young...
An open space to workout, sneakers or close toed shoes, workout clothing, and a water bottle!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This is not a high-risk topic however, it is an active class and students should be able to move around freely in an open space. Parents should remain within earshot in case of rare injury.
