I have a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education and taught in primary (1st-3rd grade) classrooms for six years. I have an ESL endorsement and have more than five years of experience teaching online classes for kids.
Your child should know how to write words by sounding them out. Your child should also be comfortable writing simple sentences. See the class description below for more details.
1 file available upon enrollment+ Writing paper – the teacher will post a worksheet in the Outschool classroom 23 hours before class (or students may use any writing paper they have at home) + Pencil(s) + Eraser(s) + Crayons, colored pencils, or markers (optional, for illustrations) + Writing buddy – students may bring a favorite stuffed animal to class as their writing buddy (optional) + Binder or folder to hold paper and classwork (optional)
