Whether your student has plenty of ideas for startups or has never been interested in a lemonade stand, they have what it takes to be an entrepreneur…they just need to unlock it. In weekly sessions, they’ll learn how to pick an idea, get started, and how to grow their idea into a business. I will teach the formula to calculate the cost of goods or services and how to price for profit. We will discuss time and money management, marketing strategies, and what makes a product or service work. I will lead interactive brainstorming sessions & discussions on kid-favorite businesses to selling tips and sites. Each week will feature a different business concept and activity designed to help kids prepare to be entrepreneurs. There will be a handout to follow with room to jot down ideas. No prior experience is necessary- just a desire to learn.
