30 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
After introduction of learners, we will learn how to make a calming item and the class will watch as a real gem is virtually placed in a real water fountain, one for each learner! We will learn new breathing techniques and this will be in the first ten minutes of the class... Then we will start learning our series of yoga poses based on the theme of: Yoga with Dinosaurs. PICTURES will be shown in this class of some of the more common dinosaurs you will recognize. Watching and copycatting the instructor is how we will learn! We will review and pick our favorite breath and pose. Towards the end of class, we will place a stuffed animal on our tummy and a bandana or scarf over our eyes and we will relax and listen to a calming meditation in savasana. You do NOT need to take Part One before you take Part Two or Three. Large classes may have muting during poses since we have so many poses to learn in this class... Recordings of my classes are always available! Copyright Tracy Hartmann 2022 ©
Learning Goals
Some of the many poses we will learn will be: egg, and Pterodactyl pose.
