After introduction of learners, we will learn how to make a calming item and the class will watch as a real pebble is virtually placed in the real water fountain, one for each learner! We will learn new breathing techniques. These will all be in the first ten minutes of the class. Then we will start learning our series of yoga poses based on the theme of: Slowly Flowing Yoga. Watching and copycatting the instructor is how we will learn! We will review our poses and breaths we learned and...
This class is taught in English.
We will take a knee and explore: gate pose, camel pose, squirrel pose and many more poses on our knees.
A large space to move and no parental supervision is required, as we will do no poses on our head and neck because they are still growing.
A stuffed animal, bandana or scarf and a yoga mat.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
