In this ongoing 1:1 class, we will explore fun yoga poses and activities that are healthy for the body, calming for the mind, and tailored specifically to the interests and needs of the learner.

Class experience

- A yoga mat or similar soft, nonslip flooring on which to practice.
- Suitable room to move arms and legs freely.
- Comfortable clothing with bare feet or socks with grips.
*Optional:  If a learner has other yoga props they would like to use (eg. yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a bolster, etc.), then they are welcome to bring those to class as well.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Yoga is a wonderfully beneficial activity for the mind and body.  Following class, the student may choose to continue practicing the poses and techniques on their own; in that case, please be sure to provide proper adult supervision.
