Class Experience

In this debate program, students will debate a number of interesting topics for children. They will learn to evaluate and develop well-organized arguments.  Additionally, they will create thoughtful rebuttals by identifying potential arguments against their opponent. The teacher explains concepts in a clear, simple way which all children can understand. She has taught kindergarten in the past, so she knows how to simplify complex subject matter so it is easily accessible to all elementary...

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
