Writing Seminar: The College Research Paper

In this class learners will work closely with the instructor, a college professor, to write a college level research paper. Using the college writing seminar model, learners will receive feedback, correction, and specific direction as they compose their papers.

This class helps individuals, in a very simple step-by-step matter, to compose an APA or MLA cited research paper. Critical inquiry, argument, and research methods will be emphasized. This seminar is perfect for reluctant or struggling writers who want to master writing the research paper and require a sequential easy method to approach their writing.

Writing seminar students compose a significant portion of their papers getting feedback in each step of the paper composition process. Students will have access to an online classroom (Canvas) with writing resources, but the primary writing work takes place live in the Outschool Zoom classroom.
