Come join the team! Come join other WWE fans by joining the Weekly Wrestle Talk Team. Each week we meet and talk about various things surrounding the world of pro wrestling. This is a great place for wrestling fans to come and engage in lively discussions and fun wrestling themed activities. This class is a blast. Keep reading to find out more about how we structure class, syllabus, class inspiration, and coupons! ***CLASS STRUCTURE*** We use slides to guide each class in a smooth and organized way. Each class starts with the Team Meeting and Life Lesson of the Day. You can read more about those on my teaching profile. The Ice Breaker questions change each week and are a fun way to get everyone talking. We talk about what happened on recent shows and share thoughts as well as make predictions for the next big events. We then look at a map to review the latest travel taken by both SmackDown and RAW which is a good way to work on geography. It is always interesting to the students where the superstars have had to drive to get to their most recent shows. Depending on the class we then head into a mix of slides that could come next. I have a sample slideshow below to give you an idea. Each class has a closing activity that ends on a fun note in some sort of game or challenge. Trivia is a good closing activity our closing activity end things on a fun note and a great way to talk about wrestling from the past. We use a slideshow to guide our discussion. I am constantly evolving my classes and trying to make them better. This is a sample class format. -Team Meeting and Life Lesson of the Day. -Ice Breaker. -News/ Highlights/ Pictures From Recent Smackdown and RAW + all PLEs -Make Predictions for each PLE -WWE On The Road Geography -Book the Show Using Rosters -Wrestling With Math -Guess the WrestleMania -Wrestling Joke of the Week -This Day in Wrestling History -Trivia session ***CLASS INSPIRATION*** When I was 12 years old and started watching wrestling I remember my dad saying "Joseph, don't become obsessed with wrestling." It was too late. I was hooked. Now I'm a teacher who, yes, still loves wrestling. I have been to dozens of WWE events including WrestleMania 32, WrestleMania 38, and WrestleMania 40. I found a way to combine my passion for wrestling with my passion for teaching by using Outschool. It has been really fun creating new slides each week that my students will enjoy. I have also found this as a great way to boost students self-confidence. sometimes it's just good to know there are other people that like wrestling out there. Getting to build relationships and help guide young people in some small way down a path of success is pretty cool. ***COST AND COUPONS*** Everyone gets the first class they take with me for free! Just message me for the coupon code!
