Do you remember the games we used to play... the ones you tried to figure out for hours? The friends that you laughed with and grew to understand because of how they played each game. Do you remember the sense of accomplishment you felt when you finally figured it out! This is a place where your child will laugh, belong, and overcome challenges together. We will play my very favorite mind reading game that will stretch your brain - it may seem tricky, but looks can be deceiving. This game will make you think in different ways and use your multiple intelligences to be successful in your strategy. Sometimes we will be silly, sometimes serious, always sneaky. I would tell you what we will play, but then the element of surprise would be lacking. So... you will find out when you come, but the games we play will be similar to The Right Party. Just be ready to have fun, break the ice, push your boundaries, and experience something new. You never know what is just around the corner! The best part is that once you figure out how to play this game, you can then play it with your family and friends... and you will be the one who knows the secret now!
Learning Goals
Children will learn to play a mind reading brain game. They learn so much through play. Playing mind games together creates practice for social skills, empathy, and wonder. They also aid in comprehension, creativity, problem solving skills, and spatial awareness. The power of play truly is a superpower!

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi - My name is Amy Spiess-Ki and I cannot wait to teach your child! I started my journey as a Camp Counselor for 6 years where I learned many games that I have incorporated in my classroom always. They are tried and true classics! I then obtained my Masters of Music Education, and I have taught over 20,000 children in just over 20 years! My classes are exciting, music-based, integrated, and imaginative. I strive to create child-focused lessons that are well-planned and well loved. A typical class is seen singing, moving, reading, playing, and listening to each other… all while learning the lesson’s goal and often integrating language, math, science, and social studies. I enjoy being with children, seeing the magic in every child I teach, and experiencing joyful music making together!
