Women's Football/Soccer Around the World
Our class explores the amazing world of international women's football. We will discuss a new player each week and discover what makes these players so good. We will also talk about how you can incorporate their skills into your game!

1 hour per week. You will be given the option to look up information about the players we will be discussing before class begins, so we can learn new things about the players to discuss with others. This is helpful for interaction and conversations to include everyone in the group. It's up to you on how much you want to interact and doing some of your own research helps students feel more confident about speaking with the group.Class Experience
There is a lot more to soccer than just the sport. It teachers players how to work together with others and good sportsmanship among many other things. We plan to incorporate things skills into our class. We will be discussing international women's football/soccer at a professional level. Also, the inspiring roles these women players have all around the world. Not only from their soccer skills, but also with the work they do internationally to help girls in their home countries and throughout the world become the best they can be. Our class is structured in a way that we will be discussing one player per week. The players name will be provided, so that the students call also do their own research for enriching discussions. Friendly debating is encouraged. We will be watching some videos mostly to show the players skills and moves for discussion. Learning Goals
Students will be able to have friendly debates with other fellow football lovers from around the world.
Student's will be able to discuss and use critical thinking skills to discover more about the players and what makes these players so good.

Learning Needs
This class is for anyone who loves sports. I am a teacher and I have worked with many types of students including neurotypical and neurodivergent. All are welcome!
Parental Guidance
Student will need a small workout space.
Pre-Requisites
There are no prerequisite requirements, just come with the love of soccer.
Teacher expertise and credentials
My name is Coach Noelle, I teach 2 classes on Outschool, both are sports related. Please join me for English writing on sport topics or my class on women's soccer and how to improve your game.
I have coached girls soccer in the U.S since the late 90's and also I have coached internationally for girls in elementary, middle and high school in India and Europe. I also have TESOL certification for teaching English as a second language and I have worked with students who have difficulties for the past 7 years.
We are a family of 5 and soccer is a passion in our family, we all enjoy the sport. I grew up playing soccer in Florida and continued to play throughout my adulthood until I was injured in a match a few years ago. My daughter Kenzie who will be demonstrating (Women's International soccer class) has played in the U.S as well as abroad since she was in elementary school.
Together we will share our expertise on women's soccer and knowledge of international players. Weekly we will select one of the great women soccer players and go into their history, stats, how they became who they are and what has made them so great at the sport of soccer. We will be dissecting the foot moves of the worlds best women players and demonstrating to you on how you can incorporate these moves into your own game. We will have a combination of learning about players, videos on skills and drills as well and demonstrations. Each class you will also be given some things to work on for the next class, so we can keep class interesting and engaging.
Our family loves to travel, we have traveled all over the world to really interesting countries. We find it especially fun to watch soccer matches while traveling. We practice yoga as a family, love camping and experiencing new cultures and customs.
