Average rating:5.0Number of reviews:(1,224)
In this winter camp, students will meet three times to create Christmas/holiday themed animal drawings/sketches. This includes a Santa-pug, Christmas kitten, and deer with sleigh bells.

Class experience

Students will learn techniques for drawing a proportionate pug puppy portrait (head to chest), kitten portrait (head to chest), and deer portrait (head to chest with some of the back).
Students will learn techniques for drawing with pencil (e.g., shading, adding contrast, etc.).
I have been drawing animal portraits for nearly ten years. It is what I love to draw most of all!
Homework Offered
If your student does not finish their drawings in class, I encourage them to finish it outside of class.
Assessments Offered
Students will be assessed throughout class and at the end of class through questions and sharing of drawings.
Grades Offered
