US Grade 8 - 11
This class will provide learners with an overview of modern-day elk restoration projects in the eastern United States. We'll use this general topic to discuss concepts of modern wildlife management, species recovery, and ecosystem restoration. I will use photos and stories from my time as a field biologist with a state wildlife agency to present these topics. This course is lecture-based, but learners are encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation and during a brief Q&A section at the end.
