Learn the way cowboys and cowgirls lived in the wild west. In this class we will discuss how the lifestyle 100 years ago is different from cowboys today and where we live. This class will be run as an interactive circle time and close with a craft activity. Students will participate in songs, craft, discussion, and sharing their own experiences. Visuals will include props, PDF, and Powerpoint.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their understanding of history and how it compares to ranch life today and their current living situations. Fine motor skills will be practiced during the Craft activity. Social integration and participation is encouraged.

Supply List
A one page PDF will be provided for the Craft activity in advance. A stapler or tape will be needed to make the boot wearable. Crayons, markers, colored pencils, glue sticks, collage material is suggested to decorate the boot.
