Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune disease that affects many families. Multiple Sclerosis is a very complex disease that impacts the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves which make up the central nervous system. When a family member is affected, it can be very concerning and confusing to children. My goal is to bring an understanding and a peaceful mindset to the learner. I have had MS for 10 years. For the past 2 years I have been teaching this information to students ages 13-18 as well as adults.
