Leadership is an important skill to learn, and the younger it is taught allows for the individual to develop their individual leadership traits, skills, and strengths! In this one time class, we will be learning leadership skills geared towards younger learners. We will begin with introductions, and then we will move onto a discussion from each learner giving me their own individual definition of leadership and what it means to be a leader.
