Florida Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education
Hi! I'm Ashlynn and I am a licensed elementary educator with over 14 years of experience teaching both in the classroom and virtually. I also have years of experience supporting families with tutoring/homeschool services. In addition to my teaching license, I have endorsements in Reading K-12 and ESOL (language learners). Most of my career I have worked in Title I schools, supporting struggling learners (Dyslexic, Autistic, ADHD) and students new to learning the English language (ESOL). Starting January 2025, I will be working toward my Dyslexic certification with Orton Gillingham.

Both sets of my grandparents had farms, so I grew up learning to grow vegetables, can my own food, sew, and make most of my meals from scratch. I take pride in continuing these traditions and promote these valuable skills.

A few fun facts about me: I can watch the movie "Beauty and the Beast" over and over again! My husband and I are huge Disney fans (2 of our dogs have Disney names).

In my free time, I enjoy baking bread, going for walks with my 2 boys, and spending time in my garden.

I look forward to seeing you in my upcoming classes!
