Class Experience

Each week, I guide students through an easy visualization or guided meditation, deep breathing practice or component of mindfulness. This is meant to be an opportunity to practice calm and to bring students a sense of peace and ease in their daily lives.

Designed to be simple, fun and uplifting, your child is sure to leave with a smile on their face! :)

Each class begins with a brief check-in, and then I invite students to relax in a safe, cozy, and quiet space to follow along with the guided meditation, imagining what I describe in their minds to create their own unique adventure of inner awareness, peace and joy.

If time allows, after we finish the meditation, I offer a brief prompt or invitation for them to do a little writing / journaling and/or drawing based on their experience that day.

Then at the end, we take a few minutes to allow those who wish to share some of the details, surprises, or insights from their meditation to do so, and receive encouragement from the group.

Calm and an overall sense of well-being reaches far beyond any one person and my hope is that each class helps to spread more peace and joy to child, your family and the world.

I hope you can join us!

I have been practicing meditation with dedication since 2013. It's a process that has evolved organically and that has brought much peace and joy to my life. It is an uplifting experience that I hope to now share with kids, so it can benefit them too! :)

As a trained life coach as well, I've been amazed by the power of visualization to bring transformation, growth and healing...and an overall sense of peace and well-being. I can't wait to bring the joy of meditation to your kids! :)
