👋🏼👋🏼BRAND NEW STUDENT to Outschool? Use code MrsAjei2020 to save $20 on this class! 👋🏼👋🏼 I have taught Latin to hundreds of students on Outschool and I don't want any of my students to struggle. I have designed these classes to help all students to succeed. Weekly lessons and a clear homework structure help your child to remember what has been taught. Over the school year I also encourage your child to develop and improve their study habits. During 2024-2025, you can take four units of Latin with me. This is the third unit, Latin for Beginners | Part 3. You can take this unit between August and December or between January and March. After Latin for Beginners | Part 3, you may be ready to sit the National Latin Exam Beginner's Level although I generally recommend sitting Latin for Beginners | Part 4 first. In this year's cohort, 75% of my students achieved the gold level and one student had a perfect paper! I'm looking forward to teaching Latin to your child and seeing your child succeed.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been a schoolteacher for over twenty years and I have spent most of my career teaching in schools where high academic achievement is valued.
I originally trained in the United States but I received my bachelors degree and teacher qualifications in England and I work in London. I have studied Latin for over five years and my teaching experience means that I understand how to explain concepts in English and Latin grammar effectively.
I have studied Latin for five years and am passionate about its role in developing a child's intellect. On Outschool, my classes are consistently given high ratings by families because I explain clearly and help your child to understand and master difficult concepts. I have taught over 700 learners with most families staying with me for a full academic year and often, longer.
After studying with me, learners from the United States typically sit the National Latin exam or continue to study Latin at their Catholic or classical schools. Learners from South Korea and Hong Kong find my classes perfect as preparation before starting at a school in England while learners in Australia and Canada choose my classes to enrich their experience at school.
Whatever your reasons for wanting to learn Latin, I look forward to helping your learner successfully start their Latin journey .
