Building behavioral skills & learning from each other. This class has no set curriculum. Families send in topics & issues they are having at home & school, etc. I create a custom curriculum & cover your requests. Each class is different.

With behavioral problems, we tend to do better, then backslide. In this class I will ask parents and students what they wish for me to cover. This way, students will find solutions to their issues while learning new ways to improve their behavior. I teach in a fun, interactive way, helping my students to feel comfortable, safe and listened to while we learn. Hello, my name is Angela. I teach classes to all ages and abilities.
I love teaching in a low pressure, fun atmosphere. I believe the most rewarding aspect of learning is the gained ability to connect with others.
I have a BA in Child and Family Service, I am a certified librarian, with TESOL and TEFOL certifications, 25 years of teaching experience with varied ages and abilities. My specialty is helping children with anger/anxiety issues, along with neurodivergent students who may need a little extra support.
My passion is helping others fulfill their learning goals. I am a lifelong learner and love to pass that passion along to my students. My days begin with teaching children of all abilities. When I am not working, I am usually on my farm playing with my pigs, ducks and chickens. I can't forget my two dogs too!
As a mom of two, I know the importance of individualized lessons. Every child is different and it is my goal to teach how they learn. They need to leave my class feeling like they can add a new skill to their lives. Teaching is one more way to build confidence in my students and I love every moment of it.Reviews
