Class Experience

In this ongoing course, students will meet weekly to draw a different character from Piggy Roblox. Drawing is so important for children. From drawing a stick figure to putting splashes of color from the paint on their fingers, it’s something they enjoy thoroughly and that should always be encouraged. Their fine motor and coordination skills increase as well.
They will embrace creativity and confidence. In this class, we always show happiness or ask questions about what they drew so that they feel good about their work and are more confident about themselves.
Each week we will add a new character to our collection. It is encouraged to have a folder to keep them in.

Hello my name is Miss Jess!

Welcome to my little corner here on Outschool. I am so glad you have found interest in my courses and can't wait to teach your learner. I love to teach and have been involved with leading children since I was 16 years old when I took my first job as a Summer Camp Counselor. After years of spending summers working with children, I went on to college.
I graduated with my B.F.A in Mass Communications and minor in Race and Gender Studies, where I gained skills in topics such as photography, writing, art, editing, voice acting, radio, film, and African-American history. I also spent two years as a Pop Radio Host and when I'm not teaching online, I am working as a Voice Actress and spreading awareness about representation in these fields.
I love to connect with students and to experience that moment where I know I have taught them something that will stick with them forever. I teach a variety of subjects including photography, voice acting, arts & crafts, and Black History.
Thank you and I hope to see your student in my classroom soon!
