What's included
1 live meeting
1 hrs 15 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
The mist gives a lovely hue to our trees in this watercolor class. We will start with the trees, and learn some blending and shading techniques. We will talk about color theory, and how choosing the right color combination can make your painting stand out. Finally we will create our misty background for a great looking painting just in time for the season. No experience is necessary as I will be painting along and we will go through the steps together. I typically give enough instruction to get the student started and comfortable with the medium and make sure we have time to explore and get creative.
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to hold and clean a brush. We will practice blending, shading and hi-lighting techniques. I always add a little color theory in so they understand how to work with paint.
