I find dolphins to be so magical and full of joy! Let's pain them with water...where they live! Students will learn to layer watercolors over a wash. They will practice scissor skills and learn how to created a "splattered" look! This is a simple project, but it turns out looking like a professional's work! Let's paint!

Parental Guidance
Parents may need to help their children cut out the dolphin template if they haven't mastered scissors! Perhaps print out a couple in case you mess up the first try!
Supply List
watercolor paper or mixed media paper (cut down to 81/2 x 11) printed template on cardstock scissors glue watercolors and/or gouache soft brush paper plate or palette container of water paper towels **wear a paint shirt** **protect your work space**
