Class Experience
Warrior Kidz Kickbox & Self Defense: My program will start each session with a warmup. We start with basic kicks, punches, combos. We move into self-defense skills. We talk thru each session/scenario with your child. Each class is 30 minutes in length. I am a mentor as well as a teacher and friend to your child in the session. - Your child will learn basic kicks, punches, and combos. Your child/children will learn self-defense skills. Learn respect, self-confidence, self-esteem, positive attitudes, & outlook.
- Your child will learn real life escape skills, tactical release, break aways, common sense idea's strategies to stay safe!!

My program teaches self-discipline, respect, & control. Increases self-esteem & confidence. No background in kickboxing or martial arts needed. Teaches focus & redirection, stay on task.
No pre requites needed, just show up for a FUN, Engaging, learning unique experience each class is different. We always start with a warmup and cool down. :)
If the child's wants to have/wear a pair of boxing gloves, comfortable clothes, water bottle, and a good attitude to come meet me, learn skills & have Fun! ~
I can/will teach children real life escape skills. We talk thru different scenarios as they come up, and as they develop in the community as well. I can offer idea's advice to parents, talk with respect and openness as we need to individualize to each child/student. I also offer 17 years of coaching in all kinds of sports for athlete's ~Soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, & Football
