Taking voice lessons is a unique opportunity to dive into fun yet challenging material and elements that will allow your kid to sing anything they want. My ultimate goal is to create a safe space for your kid to grow and have fun!
Class experience
US Grade 5 - 12
Beginner - Advanced Level
Topics that will be taught: breathing, intonation, projection, and vocal warm up exercises! Topics that we will cover: vocal warm ups, and exercises; songs of the student's choosing and suggested by the voice teacher. How will the class be structured: in this 30-minute class we will start with some body warm ups, followed by vocal exercises, and finally we will look into the song we decided to work on. The student will learn healthy tools to apply to their singing through vocal warm ups and exercises.
I have been teaching in-person voice lessons since I have graduate from Duquesne University with a Bachelor's in voice performance.
This class is not intentionally designed to support unique learning needs, but it welcomes students who have learning disabilities or other disabilities.
The prerequisite requirements for learners is to enjoy singing and want to learn more about the singing mechanisms!
I will be asking the student to purchase music sheet or buying a certain book depending on their goals. Nevertheless, some music sheet is free and I will not necessarily be recommending a book to be purchased.
