Viking Sagas : The Apples of Iduna Writing Camp

This class is a 4 day camp that will read together 4 stories from the Viking Sagas retold for 8-11 year olds. We will practice our reading and drama skills as we read our story in play script form, which will encourage learner participation each day. We will discuss the 'big questions' in the text, discuss new vocabulary, use our retrieval and inference skills as well as a writing activity specific to the day's story.
