The ingredients include rice paper wrapper. thin rice noodles. leafy lettuce, red or green, herbs, primarily mint. but optionally chives, cilantro, or whatever you have on hand, thinly sliced pork (belly preferred), chicken breast, boiled shrimp, hoisin, and peanut-based sauce. learners with food allergies and food sensitivities, please read the ingredient carefully. If you are allergic to any of the ingredients you can just skip that and use other ingredients instead.
