Beginner Level
This class has been especially designed for students wishing to learn Verbal Reasoning techniques for their 11plus exam and other exams where VR is a part of the test. We will be covering all 21 techniques and children will have an opportunity to learn how to answer these different styled questions with ease and understanding. This 45 minute lesson will start with the intro of the technique and an example based on it. We will then switch to some quick questions based on the concept taught and some fun games/activities involving the answering of questions based on the concepts will also be involved. Each lesson will introduce 1 or 2 techniques ( The lesson plan explains the order in which each technique will be taught) I will be using some power points to introduce the topics and will pull up quizzes and test questions on screen in the form of powerpoint presentations. One the quiz is over, I will be providing them with the answers and the reasoning to each question so that they do not have any doubts in case they were not able to solve it. I like to teach in an engaging manner so that the children enjoy their lesson and they have the will to attend more and discover more about the topic. The class will be a live Zoom session and children will be able to interact with me directly during the lesson.
