In this specific class, we will be making Jumbo Gingersnaps Students will follow along as we guide them through the cookie-baking process step-by-step, from mixing the dough to shaping, baking, and decorating their vegan treats. While the cookies bake, we’ll share fun facts and general baking tips. This course is taught by an experienced vegan baker and parent/homeschool teacher emeritus with 15 years experience overseeing their child's learning. This includes administering small group learning to students from home, public, and private schooling from ages 8 to 14 years old. They have been a professional vegan baker, and are excited to share vegan baking tips and tricks.
