In this one-time class, we will discuss how our own Inner Coach (positive, encouraging thoughts) can be used to overcome our Inner critic (negative, discouraging thoughts).
Class experience
We will discuss the fact that we all have an inner coach and we all have an inner critic. We will learn the difference between things our inner coach says (positive, encouraging things), and what the inner critic says (negative discouraging thoughts). We will learn that thoughts lead to feelings, which lead to actions, and then this cycle repeats when we think about what we did and why we did it.
