Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
We are are going to explain the definition and application of Law of Sine and Cosine. Then we will illustrate the concept by solving some exam style questions.

This one-time class will contain 35 mins of lecture time and then 10 mins of students' activities (worksheet problem solving and/or short quiz). My teaching style is start with explanation of the math concepts involved. Afterwards, I will show on the virtual white board how to actually solve some past exam problems. Finally, the students will be asked to solve some additional problems on their own, with my assistance.

The interaction will involve me asking them questions which they can reply verbally or write the answers on the white board.

They are required to have a 9th grade math knowledge already.
