Calling all animal lovers and ocean explorers! Have you ever wondered how sea otters float while sleeping? How does a penguin stay warm? In this weekly class you will learn fun facts about various ocean animals. Students will learn about the animals habitat, diet, physical characteristics, and more fun animal facts. We will have fun learning and exploring through videos, photos, games, and discussion. I strongly encourage students to draw the fun facts we learn or a special characteristic of our weekly animal in a "journal". This is a fun way to retain information and share with a grown up after class! Welcome to my classroom! My name is Jessica, my students call me, Ms. Jessica. I have been an online educator for over three years. I received my B.S in Management and Leadership in 2016 and then moved onto my master's program to receive my Masters of Arts in Teaching for Special Education.
