While looking at language and using it to create an art piece, this class will be lighthearted and full of fun discussions. Learning to use figurative and literal language can be confusing, but a great way to start the journey is through analyzing and understanding puns. Learners will explore, discuss and design their own favorite pun.
Learning Goals
Students will learn the difference between figurative and literal language, discussions will be appropriate and engaging; understanding puns through examples will be displayed by students creating their own pun clay art piece or drawing!
