Class Experience
Learners will receive guided instruction on an area of high school mathematics. Areas may include general mathematics, algebra 1, algebra 2, geometry, some trigonometry, and some probability & statistics.
Hi! My name is Dr. Kerri Lookabill. I have been teaching mathematics for 29 years at both the high school and the college levels. In addition, at both of these levels, I have taught students who needed remedial lessons as well as those who were advanced. I have taught classes in general math, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, probability & statistics, and calculus 1.
Students work on topics as needed.
Students will need graph paper, a graphing calculator (if possible), access to desmos.com online calculator program, any previous work samples that they are struggling with, and any questions they may have.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
