Panda Party!

Get ready to hip-hop dance with your friends to music from the Turning Red movie. 

I teach in an inclusive positive manner, where all are welcome. No prior dance experience is necessary. 

We will begin with social introductions, warm up our muscles, stretch, do isolations, locomotor movement, then work on some fun new cool moves with choreography. 

This is a movement class where we will be dancing most of the time. Please have a water bottle nearby for hydration, non-slippery shoes, and clothes to move in.

Dancers are welcome to share their dance in a performance at the end of class.
