Class Experience

US Grade 3 - 6
Beginner - Advanced Level
In this course, students will virtually travel to a new national park during each pre-recorded session. After exploring and learning about the park students will be prompted to engage in a writing activity connected to our adventures.

This class is intended for students who enjoy learning about new places and want an opportunity to grow as a writer. This class will focus on building confidence and engaging in creativity. We will work on developing our writing craft by focusing on content. Students should spend about 15-30 minutes writing after each session. They should then submit their work through the classroom. I will provide constructive feedback on writing content and creativity within 48 hours of submission.

There are over 4000 national parks worldwide and more than 60 across the United States. This course will travel to 2 each week for 5 weeks, 10 total National Parks.
