This interactive, two week discussion based class is not only informative....but fun. Students learn about how inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity may interfere with productivity at home, while learning, and while doing a variety of tasks. The focus of the class will be on putting the different tools that students learn about to work. I have many years of experience working with students in various settings. I have a graduate degree in School Psychology. Currently, I work as a School Psychologist serving students in grades K through 12. I have attended various training on working with students that have ADHD and am familiar with executive functioning coaching. My training and experience allows me to teach others about coping strategies, aspects of mindfulness, gratitude, and self care.
