What's included

4 pre-recorded lessons
4 weeks
of teacher support
1 year access
to the content
Homework
1 hour per week. TOEFL 101 learners will be asked to answer reading and listening questions, respond to speaking section tasks, and write essays taken directly from TOEFL practice tests. They will also be asked to complete simulated TOEFL practice tests that will be scored and evaluated by Teacher Peter.
Assessment
Homework will be evaluated by Teacher Peter, an experienced TOEFL prep coach and TOEFL rater. At the end of each week, learners will complete a timed, full TOEFL practice test for that week's section (reading, listening, speaking, or writing). Teacher Peter will then score and evaluate each learner's practice test, and provide personalized feedback to each learner. By the end of the four week Flex Class, learners will be able to estimate their current TOEFL score and decide if they need more training or are ready to take their test.
Grading
TOEFL practice tests will be scored and reported to students.

Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Dickinson College
A native English speaker with a degree in English and Political Science and two TEFL certificates, I've been teaching English to beginning and advanced students since 2012. I also score the speaking sections of the TOEFL iBT, TOEFL Essentials and TOEIC exams and have successfully prepared many students to take the TOEFL as well as other international English exams.

I've taught 15,000 hours of English to well over a hundred students over the past 11 years and consider myself an expert in the field. Some of my students have been with me for seven years or more and have become like family. I enjoy watching their development and helping them achieve their goals.
